As a PAYE employee of your umbrella company, your umbrella company (Contractor.com) are required to enrol you into a workplace pension scheme. Through this auto-enrolment your umbrella employer will contribute some of the funds received for your work towards the pension. If you would rather receive these funds directly from the umbrella, you can opt out.
